The whole is better than the sum of the parts here. This cuvée, which is a 90 point Parker wine!, is a real winner. Not too strong to pair with cheeses, white beans, and fish (as a 100% Syrah might have been) and yet more subtle and less acidic than a white which traditionally would have been the option. A real find. 2 Notes

Dark fruit, cigar and leather on the nose. This wine has a ton going on--very complex. Blackberry, cassis and smooth with a nice grip. Absolutely delicious! 1 Note
Love the beautiful nose of deep dark blackberries and a lighter hint of raspberries. A velvety mouthfeel leaves hints tobacco and chalky tannins. 2 Notes
This is a killer classic napa cab. Aromas of blackberry and currant, the wine explodes with flavor is full of complexity. Has softened perfectly with its ten years of age. Hints of leather and tobacco mix in nicely with the black fruit flavors. Long lingering finish. This wine is definitely ready to drink now! 1 Note
Got this elegant Jazen is a recent Connoisseurs Club shipment and loved it. Smooth and complex with notes of cassis, bell pepper. Very well balanced. 2 Notes
Temperature is key here. This wine opened up nicely when it left the refrigerator behind and warmed up a few degrees. Paired well with a young soft cheese like burrata. 2 Notes

Forget everything you know and (love or hate) about a yeasty sparkling. This is a light, sweet, airy and approachable bubbly. This is sipping, chatting, enjoying wine not celebrating or toasting wine. 2 Notes

I tasted this wine about a year ago and was completely wowed.....this winemaker is really talented. The wine is expensive....but worth it for a special occasion. Big, powerful dark red fruit... 1 Note
Delicious! Tasty and laiden with flavor levels. I would have never guessed all the varietals used in this wine. A fabulous 5:30pm bottle pop to wind down your day. 11 Notes
Dug into the cellar and decided to open this up last night. If I were to point to a specific bottle of wine that got me hooked, this would be it. Still wonderfully full of fruit, smooth and complex. I did notice, however, that some of the backbone and acidity that I enjoy was beginning to soften. It will be interesting to continue observing this wine as it ages. 11 Notes
Truly one of the top Chardonnays from Napa or Sonoma. Rich, caramel and butterscotch undertones, with vibrant and welcomed bright acidity paired with hints of Meyer lemon on the finish. Stands up to all the Napa Valley greats as Chardonnay goes (Kistler, Peter Michael, etc.). Wish there were more than 150 cases made! 2 Notes
One of my favorite wines in the Bottlenotes portfolio. A truly "Pomerol" style Bordeaux blend, as advertised. Elegant, lean, yet filled with raspberry and Bing cherry juicy flavors. An absolute crowd pleaser- with the elegance to impress even the collector. 6 Notes
My bottle was a wee bit corked so perhaps my tasting will not be fair for this wine, but I found it average and not at all complex. I get the liqourice and the wood, but not much else, the no structure to the tannins - nothing there. No spice at all. It lingers with a slightly bitter/sour taste, but again this may be because it was a little off. 2 stars only on benefit of the doutbt that this was simply a bad bottle - this bottle was 1 star. Not a $110 bottle of wine! 1 Note
