Really smooth everyday drinker type of wine. Nothing exceptional in the profile, just a mellow smooth wine with a pleasant, short finish. I generally gravitate to huge cabernet and shiraz, but this is a very good wine for the price. 4 Notes

Last glas of the Rimon; perfectly paired with FRAICHE natural yogurt/mochi/blueberries/wildflower honey. Even more wine-like, less pomegranate-esque as the days have gone by. A very tasty dessert wine. 4 Notes
