Adventures in Wine
If you were stranded on a desert island, what one type of food/wine would choose to have?
Favorite whites: Chassagne-Montrachet; Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc; Vouvray; Sonoma Chardonnays (Landmark/medium-bodied); occasionally a nice shiraz, cabernet sauvignon or pinot noir but I generally prefer whites to reds (happy to branch out, but I don't enjoy reds that are too earthy)
