You buy wine, Trinity Oaks plants a tree
If you’re looking for a way to make a difference this Earth Day (April 22), we at Bottlenotes say, “Sip.”
That’s right. Trinity Oaks, a California winery, in an effort to help green our planet, plants a tree for each bottle of Trinity Oak wine sold. It’s that simple.
Since July 2008, they’ve sold and planted more than 6 million bottles/trees.
Trinity Oaks produces chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, merlot and sauvignon blanc. All wines retail for $9 a bottle.
The winery has been environmentally-minded for decades-- recycling and using sustainable production methods. They have been recognized by the state and Napa Valley for their efforts.
