A dense and dark ruby color that is filled with aromas of dark cherry and blackberry pie along with fruited black tea aromas. Notes of earth and bark follow hints of geranium and light toasted walnuts. The palate is soft and inviting, round and rich with sweet tannins and graceful length. |

Aromas of ripe banana, pineapple, white peach, and baked pear harmonize in this full-bodied white made in miniscule quantities by winemaking wunderkind Nile Zacherle. Deliciously big in structure, the wine offers up flavors that echo the nose plus nuances of baking spice, musk, and almonds. The addition of 5% Chardonnay fruit in the blend ensures a food-friendly amount of acidity and a refreshing finish to this unique, hard-to-find wine. |

Zacherle Rosé of Syrah - 2005

This dry rosé made in the traditional French saignée method for pink wine production offers lovely aromas and flavors of strawberry seed, candied lime, melon, and peppermint. Gamey notes characteristic of the Syrah grape linger underneath and lend depth before charming notes of cinnamon dust and licorice chime in on the finish. With just 78 cases made, this extremely limited-production wine is perfect for picnics and light summer fare. |

| Tasting Notes: |
A dense and almost opaque mahogany red color giving aromas of blueberry and black berry syrup along with dark chocolate, wet clay and sassafras bark. There are under-tones of black-strap molasses, pepper corns and geranium floral characters. The palate is fat and chewy on the entry with a sweet tannin mid-palate followed by a cigar like tobacco finish and grainy tannins. Just 148 cases produced. |
