Kingston Family Vineyards Cariblanco Sauvignon Blanc - 2006

| Tasting Notes: |
2006 was the third vintage of Sauvignon Blanc for Kingston Family. It is pale in color but vibrantly aromatic, with citrusy, mineral and floral notes — maybe the best smelling Cariblanco yet. But on the palate the wine really shines, with a bright core of fruit, a surprisingly full body for what is not a huge, ripe-style wine, and lively acidity. |

Kingston Family Vineyards Bayo Oscuro Syrah - 2004

| Tasting Notes: |
The flavors in this wine run more toward the wild, gamey, spicy end of the spectrum, with the berryish fruit more of a backup player. On the palate, the wine is surprisingly approachable, with just a little grip and a touch less acidity than the 2003. |

Kingston Family Vineyards Bayo Oscuro Syrah - 2006

| Tasting Notes: |
This fantastic new world Syrah is ripe on the palate and "sauvage," meaty and spicy in the aromas and flavors. Like always, the color is an unbelievably saturated deep red. But for all the intensity of color, aroma and flavor, it is surprisingly gentle on the tongue, fleshy, broad and rich. With strong varietal character and perfume, it will definitely reward laying down for several years. |
