  Ayala Vintage Millesime Champagne - 1999

Tasting Notes: A major characteristic of this vintage, Pinot Noir shows a lot of strength to which the Chardonnay brings a nice touch of freshness. Lovely well-developed aromas of honey, acacia, toast and chestnut make this a very traditional Pinot Noir. The wine is well-structured, quite intense but definitely not heavy. it possesses a superb bouquet and is fabulous on the palate: this vintage is one of Ayala's best of the 1990's. DOSAGE: 8.2g/l

  Ayala Brut Nature Zero Dosage Champagne - NV

Tasting Notes: Zero Dosage is exactly the same blend as Ayala Brut Majeur but with absolutely no dosage, i.e. no added sugar: a quality Champagne expressed in its most pure style. Like the Brut, it is pale gold in color with a fine mousse and is extremely aromatic on the nose. On the palate, it is quite dry and shows great style and complexity. Pinot Noir gives the wine its richness and a long finish while Chardonnay, from the finest soils of the Cote des Blancs, adds delicacy, liveliness and freshness. Pinot Meunier, mainly from the Marne Valley, gives the wine an appealing fruitiness.

  Ayala Brut Majeur Champagne - NV

Tasting Notes: Pale gold in color with a fine mousse, the Brut Majeur is aromatic on the nose. On the palate, it is well balanced and shows great style and complexity. Pinot Noir gives the wine richness and a long finish while Chardonnay, from the finest soils of the Côte de Blancs, adds delicacy, liveliness and freshness. Pinot Meunier, predominantly from the Marne Valley, gives the wine its appealing fruitiness and roundness. Brut Majeur is the best representative of the Ayala range with a relatively low dosage (low level of added sugar): 8.5 g/l

  Ayala Rosé Majeur Champagne - NV

Tasting Notes: Rosé Majeur, with its lovely copper glint and light cherry core is enhanced by a beautiful necklace of fine and long-lasting bubbles. On the nose, the wine reveals a seductive bouquet of red fruits: strawberries, rasberries and a hint of cassis enhanced by the freshness and refinement the high proportion of Chardonnay delivers. on teh palate, Rosé Majeur is vinous and fleshy. it possesses a nice balance between the strenght of the tannins and the delicacy of Chardonnay, leading to a very generous finish. DOSAGE: 7.5g/l
