| Tasting Notes: |
A highly limited wine from new winery Antucurá whose vineyards are located 3,300 feet above sea level in Vistaflores, Tunuyan, Mendoza, this is 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine reveals ripe fruit aromas, with hints of vanilla and spice. On the palate it is extremely well balanced, with chewy tannins and a long finish. The rich, dark notes of boysenberries and cassis are matched by a nice acidity, and its tannins suggest this wine can be aged for 10 more years. |
