Lambrusco is a sparkling red Italian wine, made in Emilia-Romagna, primarily from the grape of the same name. Most people think of lambrusco... (more...) as fizzy, berry-flavored mouthwash. The good news is that this example is nothing of the sort!It’s on the dry side with nice fruit and a little sweetness.Nice to sip with a light dinner or even pizza (as the Italians do).
