Tasting Note

In a lighter, pleasant style with hints of ripe pear and lemon. There are hints of pear and sweet apple on the palate. [In Alsace, Auxerrois... (more...) and Pinot Blanc are considered the same. They are not. Many producers label their wines (legally) as ‘Pinot Blanc' although they can be mostly (or even 100%!) Auxerrois adding body and some richness.]
