Tasting Note

Château d’Aussières has made wine since the Roman era and it is now part of the Domaines Baron de Rothschild (Lafite) wine portfolio... (more...). Discreet and elegant on the nose with aromas of melon and lemon and quite mellow light oak. On the palate, the attack is lively, while remaining delicate. The wine is rich without being heavy. Exotic and citrus fruit mingle on the finish. Surprising length and the wine is well-balanced throughout.
