Thierry's goal is to retain the complexity of his father's wine while trying to obtain even more finesse and elegance and has succeeded beautifully. These are the finest wines in the domaine's history.

Tasting Note

The fruit for this Bourgogne rouge comes from sites within Chassagne and from Chagny and Remigny, on a mix of of clay and chalk soils, from ... (more...)vines averaging 35 years of age. The grapes are hand picked and fully destemmed before being fermented and aged on lees in a mix of small stainless steel vats and barrel for 12 months. This is a bright, tangy red Burgundy with lovely fruit and plenty of energy. Outstanding quality and value.
