This tank-fermented, fortified wine (Vin Doux Naturel) is a bright, fresh wine with floral aromas and lemon/citrus fruits, spearmint/winterg... (more...)reen, honeydew melon, and cotton candy flavors. Although it is very sweet, it is not too heavy or syrupy. Try this beauty with frois gras or pate before super or with fresh fruit after.
