This is a good, deep red that displays a background hint of wood influence, framing a highly expressive nose of raspberry liqueur, strawberr... (more...)y, redcurrant, violets and spice followed by minerally and a slight touch of underbrush and iron. This wine is juicy and penetrating with hints of rhubarb and earth. It is a powerful wine that needs age.
