Winery Story

Dimitri Hatzimichalis has chosen a unique ecosystem for his vineyards. Four blocks of terrior, each divided into individual terriors, which... (more...) in turn are further divided into different sections where we systematically cultivate different grape varieties. Thus we have created a complex as well as unique viticultural mosaic on 220 hectares of privately owned land. Soil, altitude, gradient, orientation, microclimate and the vines’ age and grape varieties are the factors behind the unique character of each of our terroirs.

Tasting Note
