Fogdog, Pinot Noir - 2007

Tasting Note

The 2007 Fogdog Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast, is so deeply colored, a three ounce pour is nearly opaque. But it’s no monster. Cool aromas... (more...) of cherry and carob warm to cherry-perfume and strawberry preserves. Front and center on the tongue, sour cherry, black cherry and orange zest flavors are crisp and focused, with a lightly astringent but lingering finish.
