The finish is laden with creamy cherry and cinnamon flavors surrounded by fading French oak tannins with an underlying rocky minerality that only the finest Paso Robles’ vineyards are known for. The “Bunkhouse” will liven your palate when served with Beef Bourguignonne, hearty pastas or Hearst Ranch Tri-tip.
