Tasting Note

2006 is a vintage that combines the acidity of 2001 with the ripeness of 2005, it is also produced a very small crop. This has more of baked... (more...) apple and vanilla character than the Himmelreich Auslese but with a similar palate with a touch more minerals in the finish along with typical floral and nut characters.
