Tasting Note

The superb restauranteur, Julian Niccolini, co-owner of the legendary Four Seasons in New York (and, we're proud to say, a great friend of o... (more...)urs), having scoured the Napa Valley, has chosen a winery [we cannot divulge which!] to produce a "house" cabernet sauvignon for his world famous eatery. The cabernet sauvignon chosen by Julian has delicious berry flavors and will make a fine match for a wide variety of beef, lamb and game dishes.
