The 2006 Kuleto Estate Cabernet is a deep red-black color. Aromas of black plum skins, toasted oak, and tar are the first to emerge. With ju... (more...)st a little air, those of cassis and red licorice become dominant. This is a very fresh and youthful wine that hits all corners of the mouth and palate. The fruit flavors are very pure, and the tannins are focused, linear, and very long. As will all of our wines, decanting an hour before enjoying will only improve the experience.
