Let’s think of this as a simple, Spanish table wine—which technically it is— but, truth is, it’s everal steps above ... (more...)that designation. A lot of class for under $8.“The 2009 Pannaroz is predominantly monastrell (mourvedre in France). Dark ruby-colored, it displays aromas of earth, underbrush, mineral, and blueberry. Fruity, succulent, and concentrated on the palate with a bit of structure. A surprisingly lengthy effort.”Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate
