The end resul... (more...)t of this association was Champagne Paul Goerg which now brings together 110 producers who carefully tend 120 hectares of Premier Cru vines planted on the renowned Cote de Blancs.This 100% chardonnay is pale golden in color with a very intense mousse. The nose is dominated by blossom, spices, and ripe fruit. In the mouth the wine is perfectly balanced. Its fresh taste is due to the chardonnay grape and its maturity to a blend of three different years.
