St. Francis seeks varietal intensity, purity and an identifiable and consistent style to the wines while at the same time expressing each specific vintage.

This wine has spicy herb and vanilla overtones, which give way to full strong black fruit on the palate, nuanced with chocolate. Its round, generous tannins give it a big finish.
