Winery Story

Both the casual enthusiast and the serious wine connoisseur are welcomed to St. Supéry in style by our famously friendly staff. Guests have... (more...) a choice of tasting options daily, including flights of library Cabernet Sauvignons. Guests can enjoy a birds-eye view of the entire winemaking procedure from grape delivery to fermentation and barrel ageing from our gallery, as well as world-class art exhibitions. Special tours are listed on the winery website.

Tasting Note

The St. Supery Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp and fragrant wine, with bright tangy ruby grapefruit, sweet lime, gooseberry and just a hint of or... (more...)ange blossom. There is tremendous depth and dimension on the palate with loads of grapefruit, passion fruit and guava. This is a racy wine that finishes long and clean.

Medium Bodied for SB, must be plumped up with bigger white. Comes across with plenty of malo but still retains crisp lemon acidity too. Delicate bitterness adds a nice touch. Can see why this wine is always so popular
