Tasting Note

Stonecrop, unlike some of its Kiwi neighbors, aims to produce sauvignon blanc which is plump and ripe. This allows some ripe melon notes as... (more...) well as touches of peach not to mention the ubiquitous gooseberry. The natural, upfront acidity (which helped put the New Zealand Blancs on the viticultural map)is in good balance here. *screw cap*
