Originally from Bordeaux, Germain arrived in Saumur in 1991, with its perfect balance of grape varietal--chenin blanc--climate and terroir. The vineyard is worked _naturally_, keeping the vine and the soil at its healthiest; and since 2005 Biodynamically. Manually havested grapes at their ripest level. the wine is unfined and unfiltered. _Organically and Environmentally Friendly_
