Trimbach produces classically styled wines from Alsace. The Gewurztraminer is produced in a dry, peppery style (with that wonderful grapefru... (more...)it skin nose) and a crisp, clean elegance. The palate is rich and the finish is balanced with citrus and spice. It really makes an artful match with lightly spiced Asian dishes (especially Thai).
