Very gentle fining and one careful filtration were promptly followed by bottling, locking in the intense flavours.WINEMAKER’S COMMENTThe wine displays the lovely youthful Riesling characters of delicate citrus fruit,lemon and tantalising lime, with hints of seductive perfume and orange blossom. The wine has a fresh yet harmonious palate, ensuring a perfect balance between intense fruit and dazzling crisp acidity in a dry style. Great with or without food.
