Increasingly known around the w... (more...)orld for its Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling and Chardonnay, this region is one of the coolest wine growing regions in Australia. Watershed owns 280 acres of vines in what's known as the "dress circle" of the Margaret River wineries — the very middle. The site was selected after extensive testing determined that its soils had the best capacity to produce premium quality wine.
