The blend combines the fullness and smoothness imparted by the Oloroso and a degree of sweetness from delicate to very rich, from the portion of Pedro Ximénez. Any time is right for WISDOM Cream – as an aperitif, during meals, with desert, even on the rocks as a refreshing summer treat.
