pretty spicy, maybe a little too much for my taste

Strong black cherry flavor and a little bit sweet on the palate, Slight medicine taste on the finish, but the kind of medicine I didn't mind taking as a kid. Fun and different if your used to California pinots.

A pinot on the more fruity side, slightly jammy, and just a dash of spice. Very quaffable.

Quaffable indeed

Earthy cherry in color--medium bodied for a Pinot. Round fruit flavors but not jammy. Pretty well balanced but I prefer a slightly more refined style Pinot Noir.

Relatively full-bodied for a pinot. Certainly more new world fruit forward style. I taste plums, dried cranberries and raspberry.

Bottlenotes Team NoteJanuary 20, 2010
The nose smells of chocolate covered cherries. Slightly herbaceous on the palate with a bit of spice.

Dark cherry color- nice balance between "chewy" and lean- smooth and elegant but slightly jammy. Tasty.
