Alison and husband Joaquim established Azamor in 1998, and completed planting a marvelous vineyard of both native Portuguese and international varietals in 2001 and 2002.

A little tight to start off, but opened up nicely after a swirl around the glass. So far, I've really enjoyed all the Portuguese reds I've tasted. Subtly sweet and vegetal.
