This is a surprisingly great wine.
I now give cases as gifts and I've never had a complaint.

A super elegant Super Tuscan by the iconic winemaker of Saissicaia, made in Sardinia. Although half the price of Saissicaia, Barrua is by no means half the quality. An earthy yet elegant Italian red. A perfect gift for the Italian wine lover and serious wine enthusiasts alike.

Full bodied with dark fruit; well balanced and a long finish. Co-made by one of the great Italian producers.

What a great find! This bottle has the strength of Cabernet while still maintaining the complexity of spices that reminds you of Sardinia's Arab past. A great one to turn friends on to...as it makes you look like a super-aficionado (with hardly trying!)
