Tasting Notes
* Eyes: Very attractive greenish-straw yellow.
* Nose: A distinct aniseed and herbaceous nose with a powerful aroma of medium-high intensity, conferred to those of verdejo variety with, apparently, the presence of white fruit notes (pears and apples), conferred to those of the viura variety.
* Taste: Elegant, fruity, where exotic notes come through again, with some racy tang lent by some carbonic acid that only adds freshness.
