Their wines are of a fruit-driven style with cool climate characteristics and an ability to fully ripen to express true varietal character. The white varieties they have planted are Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, and the red varieties include Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera and Sangiovese.

Tasting Note

This wine is a blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon from all estate-grown fruit. The Syrah brings raspberry, plum, and a bit of whi... (more...)te pepper and spice to this blend, while the Cabernet contributes robust blackberry and black currant flavors. With a forward nose of berry and some spice, the wine’s palate has good weight, and the finish lingers with soft but distinct tannins.
