The nose has lots of sweet fruit aromas mixed with spices and sundry green herbs, hints of beeswax; ripe and sweet in the mouth with enough layers of flavor to overcome the initial flat taste; with more time in the glass, the wine turns away from sweetness in favor of strong lemony flavors that carry a dry acidity with them; the finish drops off quickly; finishes slightly clunky and with a noticeable hint of mustiness.
