Not your supermarket variety riesling. Crisp without being too acidic. Notes of citrus and pear.

Juicy floral nose, hint of minerality. Bracing acidity and tons of peaches on the palate. Super nom nom nom. Amazeballs with truffle fries

I absolutely love this Riesling. On the dry side (which I prefer). It can stand alone, or be paired with rich mac n'cheese, truffle fries, and spare ribs.

Haven't had this in a while and still tastes good, and was glad to find it on the menu at Fog City Diner. More on the dry side for a riesling with a lot of minerality an a hint of stone fruit on the finish.
