So glad I cellared this as it needed a year or two. Delightful fruit up front, raspberry pie (without whipped cream) and earthy notes on nose. Medium bodied, the tasting notes do not belie the fruity bouquet, instead intensify them. Add a touch of minerality - crushed turquoise - near the finish for wine which receives a passing B+ from this veteran taster.
