Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc - N.V.

Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Note

Its aromatics encapsulate a broad spectrum of varietal flavors; tropical fragrances of guava and mango to ripe lime/ citrus and sweet herbs.... (more...) The palate also is juicy and voluminous, combining concentrated flavors with a mineral acidity that leaves a long, fresh, intense finish.

Light and a bit tart, with a touch of acidity showing its gooseberry and lime flavors, it lingers on and its finish is very sharp. Gentlemen, if you want to impress a lady, here's your best ally!

Grassy and with lots of minerality. The bright acid refreshes your palate. This would be great with oysters on the half shell. Crisp, clean, and very refreshing.
