Quantity:
Concha y Toro Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Casillero del Diablo Cabernet Sauvignon - 2009
Color: Dense, dark blood red, almost black
Nose: Fruity and powerful, black cherry & wood with a hint of strawberry. Spicy, with currants and dried fruit appearing.
Taste & Palette: Surprisingly tart for the dark & subdued nose. Oily, unbelievably dense with quite a bit of warmth. Noticeable tannin punch. Chocolate emerges in the middle and dominates the tongue for a second before yielding to strawberry, syrup, and medicinal flavors. The finish is long and subdued.
