Winery Story

Cathy Corison, named 2011 Winemaker of the Year by the San Francisco Chronicle, began making wine in tha Napa Valley nearly four decades ago... (more...). Corison is a small, family-owned winery that specializes in Napa Valley benchland Cabernet Sauvingon that is both powerful and elegant, graces the table and enjoys a long, distinguished life. Visitors experience a behind the ropes tour of a "working winery". Visits include a vineyard tour and a view into production and winemaking activiites throughout the year.

Tasting Note

Plums, spice and floral perfume abound. Managing to be powerful and elegant at the same time, this is a classic vintage for Kronos Vineyard.... (more...) Only 250 cases were produced.
