Diemersdal Cabernet Sauvignon - 2003(W-928)

Earthy. Usually to me, that means the wine has a dirt flavor which I find to be extremely disppaointing but this does it well with some good fruit forward flavors. Once it breathes, it opens up a lot and becomes much more enjoyable so I would recoemmend decanting this one. Had it with some steaks and it was just fine, I may try this one again.

Not very spicy nor a ton of tannon...very smooth. Best Cab I've had yet from the explorers club!
