With almost all of their estate-owned vineyards now producing fruit, Diemersdal takes advantage of the individual character of each particular vineyard. From the different soil types and age of vines, it obtains an exciting taste profile ranging from Durbanville’s herb-scented influences to equally exotic ripe tropical notes.

Aged for 16 months in small French oak barrels. 50% new barrels and 50% older barrels.
