Very complex, did not like it at first... found it to be a little too acidic... but eventually grew on us - paired well with the roasted chicken - made an excellent au jus.

A bit too sweet for me. Oaky and syrupy, says Max. SK thought it was kind of soft, fuzzy almost. We hope Kim isn't reading this, because it's obvious we have no idea what we're talking about and that we've had too much.
