Dug into the cellar and decided to open this up last night. If I were to point to a specific bottle of wine that got me hooked, this would be it. Still wonderfully full of fruit, smooth and complex. I did notice, however, that some of the backbone and acidity that I enjoy was beginning to soften. It will be interesting to continue observing this wine as it ages.

This is a bold, delicious tasting wine. Very smooth. Goes very well with both steak and chicken. Will definitely drink this again. Highly recommend this to my friends.

I received this bottle as a gift and thus waited for a nice evening to open it with my wife, so that we could really enjoy it. We expected a full bodied wine, which is true, but the softness and delicious cassis finish really took us by surprise. A very delicate red wine for those who can enjoy a high quality full bodied red wine.

This is a trademark Napa Cab but with great nuance. Let this wine breathe 15 mins before diving in. Whitney Fisher's personality is right there in the glass - sophisticated yet old school. Don't pair with a heavy sauce, that will detract from the wine. Think roasted chicken or steak frites.

This is a kickass wine contained within a beautiful bottle. Robert Parker described this as a "slutty wine" as it gives you everything up front. Rich, ripe fruit, vanilla, cassis and tobacco all wrapped up in a full explosive sip of wine.

Very strawberry. Tasted like bubble gum. But 2 caveats: I had it after drinking a malbec; I loved big meaty wines. Still, I would rather have a pure cab or a cab/merlot blend over this one.

We loved it. Could drink it constantly. Every sip explodes in your mouth. Raspberry, leather, full, well-rounded, with a long finish. Creamy, thick.
