Winery Story
Fisher Vineyards was founded in 1973, when Fred and Juelle Fisher purchased 100 acres in the Mayacamas Mountains on the western slope of Spring Mountain. Today, two of their three children, Robert and Whitney, join them at the winery. Whitney recently succeeded Mia Klein as winemaker.
Tasting Note
The 2004 has aromas of blackberry, black currant, cedar and anise. This wine is delightfully balanced and complex with a juicy mid palate, velvety tannins and a black cherry finish. After time in the glass, the wine opens up to chocolate, coffee, cocoa.
