Tasting Note

This classy Pinot Noir-driven bubbly starts with super focused aromas of mushroom, red apple, pear, brioche and strawberry seed, conjuring a... (more...) delicious strawberry-topped brioche concoction. The palate further delights with its perfectly balanced structure and classic toast notes you expect from good Champagne. The flavors echo the nose, with more strawberry and green and red apple harmonizing with a pretty floral essence. Very fine bead.
