I love port and I love bourbon, so naturally this drink was a good fit. Still though, I was pretty surprised at the similarities between this and other (good) Manhattan's I've had.

Another amazing port cocktail is the "Bar Drake Manhattan" made with this delicious port. The ingredients: 2.25 oz. Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 1 oz. Fonseca Bin 27 Ruby Port, 1 bar spoon of maple syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters. Make this now!
