Tasting Note

This Prosecco was blended with a small amount of Chardonnay, lending additional structure and a very attractive green apple quality. Healthy... (more...) acidity balances the additional sweetness from the Chardonnay. This wine has a delicate and clean entry with aromas of honey and peach, a creamy feel in the mouth, and a bright, crisp, elegant and long finish.

We like! the bubbles are concentrated and close together. We actually opened this because we were out of white wine and were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't too sweet and was much more drinkable with food than other proseccos or champagnes.
