Winery Story
This winery, a family operation for over 70 years, is producing some of the most sophisticated and delightful Prosecco ever tasted. With over 100 acres of vineyards to tend they still harvest completely by hand and are dedicated to maintaining the important traditions of the area. At the same time, they are forward-looking, using the latest in modern technology if it can help them realize those goals.
Tasting Note
This Prosecco was blended with a small amount of Chardonnay, lending additional structure and a very attractive green apple quality. Healthy acidity balances the additional sweetness from the Chardonnay. This wine has a delicate and clean entry with aromas of honey and peach, a creamy feel in the mouth, and a bright, crisp, elegant and long finish.

We like! the bubbles are concentrated and close together. We actually opened this because we were out of white wine and were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't too sweet and was much more drinkable with food than other proseccos or champagnes.
