At the same time, they are forward-looking, using the latest in modern technology if it can help them realize those goals.

Tasting Note

This Prosecco was blended with a small amount of Chardonnay, lending additional structure and a very attractive green apple quality. Healthy... (more...) acidity balances the additional sweetness from the Chardonnay. This wine has a delicate and clean entry with aromas of honey and peach, a creamy feel in the mouth, and a bright, crisp, elegant and long finish.
